Dr. Darlene Osgood opened this practice in May of 1996. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison School of Veterinary medicine in 1991. Prior to opening her own clinic, she practiced in West Allis and Watertown. She shares her office with six Domestic Short Hair cats, three canaries, and fish. She also shares her home with three Maine Coon cats named Presley, Prince, and Destiny; two English Bulldogs named Opal and Mable; and a French Bulldog named Lola. Outside of her work Dr. Osgood enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including golf, running, weight training, biking, and gardening.

Dr. Pete Gaveras has been working as a member of the Delafield Small Animal Hospital staff since 2006. Dr. Gaveras is a UWM alumnus, received an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, and earned his veterinary degree from the University of Wisconsin's School of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. Dr. Gaveras serves on the Executive Board of the Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association and the Milwaukee Veterinary Medical Association. He is a managing member of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association's Scholarship Foundation. He is a supporter of and has performed volunteer work for various local Humane Societies. During his free time Dr. Gaveras enjoys photography, sailing, and flying sailplanes. He lives in Wauwatosa with his wife Debra and their current menagerie of cats - Vinnie, Mecia, Willy, Lilly and Charlotte.
